Track Order in Your Account

If you have created an account on our website, you can track your order on our website.  Simply click the "details" button next to the order you want to track.  The status of your order is indicated at the top of this screen.  If your order has a status of "shipped" you may simply click on the tracking number(s) located at the bottom left area of the screen to receive up-to-the-minute tracking information.

Track Order by Email Notification

If you did not create an account on our website, you must wait until you receive a shipping notification email.  All customers who provide a valid email address will receive an email notification when the order ships.  This email  contains a link for you to track your shipment.

Track Orders Placed on Our Old Website

We launched a completely new website design on 8/19/2008.  Order numbers for orders placed on the old website are 12 digits long.  Order numbers for orders placed on the new website are 5 digits long.  If you have an order # with 12 digits that you would like to track, you will need to contact us to request tracking information for your order using our contact form.  Please include your name and order number when contacting us for tracking information.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
