Can you send me a catalog through the mail?
A.
Due to our constantly expanding product line and price changes, a printed
catalog is not available. We always keep the website current so you may
simply print out information from each page on our site.
Q.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A.
The prices on our website do reflect our wholesale prices. Some of
our products do have quantity price breaks. Price break information is
listed next to the items that qualify for discounts. All
price breaks are calculated in the shopping cart with the exception of the 50
pound (total mix & match) fragrance discount which is 15%. We
apply that discount to your order when we process it. If you haven't
checked out the fragrance discounts yet, don't worry. You don't have to
order 50 pounds of scent to get a discount. The fragrance discount

Q.
Do I have to have a tax ID# to order?
A.
No. Anyone can place an order without a tax ID#. You need to
furnish us with your resale certificate only if you are located in Texas
and don't want to pay tax on your order. Tax is added only to orders
that are placed by customers in Texas that have not furnished us with their
completed & signed resale certificate.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we service only the United States (all 50 states), and Canada.
Q.
When will I receive my order?
A.
Most orders ship the next business day after they are placed. All of our shipments are sent via
UPS. Please see the ordering page for
details on how long your shipment should take. Please note that selecting
express forms of shipping will NOT expedite the processing of your order, it
will simply reduce the amount of time that UPS will take to get you your order.

Can you track my packages?

Yes, but you'll find it much easier to track them right here on our tracking
page. If you still have a question about your shipment, feel
free to call us.
Q.
Do you ship COD?
A.
Yes, but when a shipment is sent out COD, it is sent COD CASH ONLY, which
is payable only by Cashier's Check or Money
Order . DO NOT attempt to pay the UPS
driver with a check, personal or business. We limit COD orders
to $500. Unless you have prior authorization from Lone Star Candle
Supply, we will not process any COD order that is over $500 (total). We
also do not ship COD using any express shipping method (UPS Next Day Air, UPS
2nd Day Air, or UPS 3-day Select). When ordering COD, the order must be
shipped by UPS Ground. If you choose
this payment method, you will need to have your payment ready for the UPS
driver. If you place your order by phone, we will call you with the
total once the order has been processed (and had the appropriate shipping
cost added to it).
