Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package being shipped and the destination zip code. If you are curious what your shipping charges will be, you can add the item(s) you want to your shopping cart, enter your zip code, and then click on "Shipping Rates." Shipping charges will then be displayed for UPS Ground, UPS Three Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. You do not choose your shipping method until you are in the checkout process. You are able to alter your cart as many times as you like to see what shipping charges might be. Currently, UPS is our only shipping method, however, we are diligently working on adding other options to our website in the very near future.

We only ship to the United States (all 50 states) and Canada.
UPS is used as our main shipping method. You are able to select UPS Ground or expedited shipping method during checkout. If your order requires LTL shipping, that will be quoted on an individual basis. Please give us a call and we are happy to provide you a shipping quote for LTL. Our LTL shipping rates are extremely competitive and we pass these savings on to you. We are able to make exceptions and ship by US postal service for our customers that may be located in Alaska or Hawaii. Please call or fax your order to us if it requires shipping by US postal service.
Shipping charges will be discounted when the total weight of the shipment reaches 200 pounds. UPS refers to this as hundredweight shipping. We pass along this discount to our customers. When entering items into your cart, the weight of the current items will be displayed, and it will also display how much weight needs to be added to qualify. The hundredweight shipping price will be displayed when you calculate the shipping charges in your cart. This can be a significant savings (around 30%), so make sure to check the savings if the weight of your order is close to qualifying.
Yes, we ship LTL every day on many orders. LTL is a viable option for substantial shipping savings if your order is around 300 lbs or more. We are able to ship LTL to both commercial and residential addresses. Shipping charges for this method are calculated on an individual basis as our website is currently not able to calculate these quotes automatically. Please call or email us and we are happy to provide you a customized LTL quote. The LTL carrier we usually partner with is FedEx Freight. They are extremely reliable, we have been with them for many years, and we get great discounts that we pass along to you for additional savings. Many of our heavy items such as a pallet of wax, a pallet of jars, or perhaps a mixed pallet of several items ship LTL and the savings is substantial. We are diligently working on being able to have automatic LTL quotes on our website in the near future.
Shipping charges calculated on pallet quantities will not be correct at this time. The charges shown are being calculated as if the items were shipping by UPS ground. Please contact us by phone or email for an accurate quote on LTL charges on pallet quantities. See the question above for more details regarding significant shipping savings on LTL shipments.
We use specific carriers because we have very good discounts set up with them. We pass these savings on to our customers. If you have a carrier that you normally use and you would like to schedule the pick up, you are welcome to do so. If you choose to schedule it yourself, you will need to provide us with a completed bill of lading, and we can let you know when the shipment will be ready for pick up.
There is a base charge that UPS has for making the trip to deliver a package. As you add items to that same package, the shipping will not greatly increase. For instance, if you are shipping a one pound package to zip code 86503 in Arizona, shipping charges would be $10.66. If you were to add items to the box to increase it to five pounds, the shipping would be $12.18. If you are sampling fragrances, that would be the difference in order 3 - 1 ounce samples in the 1 pound box or 25 - 1 ounce samples in the 5 pound box. It will always help reduce your overall shipping costs if you can consolidate your orders as much as possible. Currently, UPS is our only shipping method, however, we are diligently working on adding other options to our website in the very near future.
If you register and create an account on our website, you will be able to view your order history. From the order history screen, you can click "Details" by the order that you would like to track, and the tracking number will be listed under your order summary. You can then track your order by clicking on the tracking number. If you do not register with us, we will be unable to provide online tracking information for your order(s). You will receive an email with your tracking number and if you click on the tracking number in that email it will take you to UPS to show you the details of where your package currently is and when you should expect it to arrive.
Tracking information will not be available through UPS until we complete our business day. If your order is showing "billing information received," that means we have readied your order for shipment, but UPS does not yet have it in their possession.
All of our boxes do have our logo on them. We are not able to ship your order in a box without our logo because we do not have any.
We are able to ship your order to an address other than the billing address. This option will be available during checkout.
We currently use packing peanuts for protection of items. Our skilled packers have extensive experience in packing orders in the most efficient and effective way to protect it during transit. Without the use of the peanuts, it is very likely your order would arrive damaged.
