Welcome to the Lone Star Candle Supply tracking page.  We strive to offer the best service available on the internet, so for your convenience we have two different tracking tools on this page. 

The first tool is very versatile.  Simply enter either your order number that was given to you when you placed the order (online), or, if you placed your order by phone and you know your customer ID#, you can use that number as well.  The date range fields are simply to help narrow the search for your shipment.  For instance, if you type in only your customer number, it will come up with all the shipments that your customer order number was on within the current year.  By restricting the date range, you narrow in on the shipment you're trying to locate. The date fields must have a value, otherwise, you will get a response that says, "Unable to track shipment." 

The second tool on this page is a tracking utility in which you can track up to 5 packages at once.  You must know the UPS tracking numbers for this tool.
