Discounts from rewards points can be used toward all fragrance oils including our sample packs and all 1oz, 4oz, 8oz, and 16oz bottles as well as the 25lb pails. Please note that lead times still apply for 25lb pails if we do not have them in stock when the order is placed.
Discounts cannot be applied to any other product category (wax, wicks, molds, etc.), tax, or shipping costs.
Customers earn points for every dollar spent on products. Please note that shipping costs and taxes do not count toward your rewards points.
If you are creating a new account, please create the account before placing your order. If you create a new account during the checkout process, the system will not apply the points from that order. If you created your account during the checkout process, please contact customer service so we can adjust it for you.
Note: We cannot adjust your tier eligibility status, only your points balance.
Product Reviews: Customers can earn up to 100 points for product reviews with a photo (50 points for the written review & 50 points for the photo). Two weeks after your purchase, you'll receive a review request via email. Responding to this email is the only way you can earn points for your reviews. Please note that you can only earn points for these actions once every 30 days.
To receive reward points from referring a friend, the referee (person who received the referral) must use the referral link to navigate to our website and place their order. Points are only rewarded to the referer (person who sent the referral) once the referee has placed the order.

If you change/update the email address in your account please contact customer service so we can make sure all of your earned rewards points are updated in your account. If you change your email address, it will start your points balance over at 0.
Hall of Flame tier levels will change based on the amount you spend annually. To maintain your tier level, your total spend amount for the following 12 months must meet the minimum threshold for your tier. (For example, once you reach the Flame tier, you must spend a minimum of $500 within 12 months of reaching that tier to stay in it.) If you do not reach that minimum threshold, you will move down to the appropriate tier level.
Rewards points expire after 6 months of inactivity.
