Lone Star Candle Supply’s Response To The Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Update July 4th, 2020

We will reopen July 6th. Our facility was professionally sanitized during our closure, safety protocols are being followed and social distancing practiced to keep everyone safe and healthy as we return to normal operation.

Our showroom is not open for customers to browse as there is not a safe way for us to keep everything clean and sanitized. We are still open for pick up orders but please allow 2 business days for us to process those orders. You may pick up your order Tuesday-Friday from 9AM-4PM CST.

We are working diligently to get all orders shipped as quickly as possible. Our processing time will be updated as we return to our more typical 1 -2 day timeframe.

This was very inconvenient to many of our customers, and we greatly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, concern, and loyalty while we navigated this unexpected closure.

Update June 29th, 2020

It has come to our attention as of today that someone who has recently been at our facility has tested positive for COVID-19. Due to this, we are taking EXTREME caution and requiring all of our employees and temporary staff be tested for COVID-19 IMMEDIATELY.  Unfortunately, this means we will be temporarily shut down for processing and shipping orders.

As of Monday, 6/29/2020, we will have a professional cleaning service do a thorough sanitizing and deep cleaning of our entire facility. Once we have received individual employees' testing results, provided they are negative for the virus, they will be cleared to re-enter our facility.  Unfortunately, at this time, we do not know just exactly how quickly we can receive those results for everyone.   We currently expect that the processing time for orders could now be 4-5 business days rather than our usual 1-2 business days.

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, it is our number one priority to keep all of our valued employees, staff, and customers safe and healthy during these uncertain times.

Our website will still accept orders and we will process and ship them in the order in which they are received.  We are working hard to get everyone's orders out as quickly as possible, but want to do so in a responsible manner so everyone stays healthy and protected.

Update June 1st, 2020: Order Processing Time

First, we want to thank all of our customers for your patience during this uncertain time. We are doing our very best to get your orders shipped out as quickly as we can without compromising the health and safety of our employees and customers. Right now, it is taking about 1-3 business days to process orders. Please be aware that if your order is being shipped in multiple boxes, they may arrive at different times. When you receive your tracking information on a multi-piece shipment you are seeing the master tracking number for your entire order. Please go to fedex.com and enter your tracking number there to see updates for each package.

Update May 7th, 2020: Temporary business hours

Due to us operating with a reduced staff as well as increased order volumes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our temporary business hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM-4PM CST. 


Update May 6th, 2020: Current order processing time 1-2 business days

Orders are currently taking about 1-2 business days to process and ship out. We are doing our best to get your orders shipped out as quickly we can. Please call customer service if you have any questions or concerns.


Update April 30, 2020: Open For Pick Up Orders Starting May 8th 

We are happy to announce starting May 8th, we will be allowing customers to pick up orders at our facility while maintaining social distancing practices. You may place these pick up orders online or over the phone but please note that our showroom will continue to be closed until we feel that it is safe for our customers and employees and until government regulations allow it. 

Here are the guidelines for these pick up orders:

  • You must place your order 48 hours before you can come to our facility to pick it up. (If you place your order on a Monday, it will be ready by Wednesday, etc.)
  • You must load the items into your vehicle yourself (we will provide carts when needed)
  • You can only pick up orders Tuesday-Friday 9AM-4PM 
  • The website will start accepting orders for pick up May 6th but please remember we need 48 hours to process your orders! 

We are doing our best to accommodate our customers as much as possible while operating with a smaller staff than usual. As things progress, we plan to lift some of these restrictions for pick up orders and hopefully get back to business as usual. Please call us with any questions you may have. Dear Lone Star Candle Community,

As of Monday, April 6th we have resumed business operations. We are currently accepting orders both online and over the phone for shipment only. As an added precaution, our Showroom will remain closed through April 30th and no pickups will be allowed through that time so the "hold for pick up" option has been temporarily disabled on the website. We will be operating with a smaller staff than usual so we cannot guarantee our normal processing and shipping timeframe, however, we will do our very best to get everything out in a timely manner. We honestly don't anticipate much of a delay at this time.

We want to thank our customers for being patient, understanding, and flexible during this uncertain time. We are trying to do our part to protect our employees and our customers and be responsible during this serious pandemic.
