We currently ship to the US, Canada, and military addresses (APO boxes.) Any shipping methods available for your order will display at checkout after your state and zip code are entered. The following are shipping options we offer:
FedEx- All orders (except for military addresses and pallet quantities), are eligible for shipping by FedEx. We offer Ground, Home Delivery, 2nd Day, and Standard Overnight services.
FedEx offers two different ground transit services - Ground and Home Delivery. The transit times for them are identical. The main difference is the days that deliveries are made. FedEx Ground packages are delivered Monday through Friday, and FedEx Home Delivery packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Home Delivery is only available to residential addresses.
If you are in a two-day transit time from us and place an order on Thursday, a FedEx Ground delivery should arrive on Monday, and a FedEx Home Delivery shipment should arrive Saturday. If you are in a two-day transit time and place an order on Friday, either service should deliver on Tuesday.
Please keep in mind that FedEx Ground and Home Delivery shipping options do not come with a guaranteed delivery date. 2nd Day Air and Standard Overnight are the only guaranteed shipping options offered on our website. (FedEx has temporarily suspended their money-back guarantee on all express shipping options due to heavy volumes. Express options may be delayed until further notice.)
As of January 20, 2020, FedEx charges a $24 "additional handling fee" for any packages weighing 50 lbs or more. We will pack orders in boxes weighing less than 50 lbs to avoid this fee but any cases of wax weighing 50+ lbs will have an additional fee of $24 each on top of the normal shipping charge.
United States Postal Service - Some orders are eligible to ship by USPS Priority Mail. To be eligible, the items on your order must fit in the Small Flat Rate, Regional Rate A, or Regional Rate B boxes. Any fragrance oils or combustibles must also have a flashpoint of 165F or higher to qualify for USPS shipping. The USPS option will display if your order qualifies. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or have a military address, you may request shipping by the United States Postal Service by telephone for any order (except pallet quantities.) We recommend placing your order by 12 PM CST to have your order shipped out the same day.
Here are some examples of items you can fit into these 3 different size boxes from USPS:
Small Flat Rate Box:
In the first example, we have nearly 15 1oz fragrance oils in the little small flat rate box! The second example has a bag of 100 of our Large Wooden Wicks, and the third example is 5 of our 4oz bottles of fragrance oils. So, as you can see, you can still get a lot of products into these tiny little boxes!
Regional Rate Box A:
In the first example, we have fit a bag of 100 of the Aluminum Tealight Cups as well as a bag of 100 LX30 wicks, and there's room for more! In the second example, we have 3 16oz bottles of fragrance oil, a 1 pound bag of Aroma Beads, and a bag of 100 Large Wooden Wicks. And in the third example, we were able to fit 6 16oz bottles of fragrance oil and there's still plenty of room for other small items like wick bars or dye blocks!
Regional Rate Box B:
In the first example, we have fit 7 16oz bottles of fragrance oil and a bag of water crystals with room for other small items! In the second example, we have a Dye Block Starter Kit, a bag of 100 Aluminum Tealight Cups, 100 LX30 Wicks, and a dozen Clamshell Molds. So much room for so many different items!
As you can see, these three different box sizes from USPS have plenty of room for a large number of different product combinations, and shipping is usually fairly inexpensive!
FedEx Freight LTL - Orders totaling over 300 pounds total weight or orders with pallet quantities are eligible to ship via FedEx Freight LTL. This option will display if your order qualifies. We receive incredible discounts on LTL shipping, and we pass these savings on to our customers.
We can ship by the carrier of your choice as well using your account number for that carrier. You may request this option by phone. If your order qualifies for LTL shipping, you will be responsible for providing the bill of lading and scheduling the pickup.
What You Should Know About Freight Shipping
Freight shipping is slightly different from regular shipping so here are a few things that you need to know before choosing this option.
What is a Lift Gate? A liftgate is a device on the truck that will help lower the pallet from the truck to the ground. You will need a lift gate if you do not have a forklift or loading dock available at your shipping location.
Can I ship to a residence? Yes! FedEx Freight is happy to accommodate residential deliveries however, it may take an extra 1-2 days because they will need to make special arrangements for delivery to your home.
Economy Freight vs. Priority Freight. Economy Freight is similar to shipping FedEx Ground in that it does not come with a delivery date guarantee. Priority Freight is guaranteed unless you need a lift gate. Because not all FedEx Freight trucks have lift gates available, Priority shipping with a lift gate cannot be guaranteed.
Orders weighing 250 pounds or more that are shipping FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery qualify for discounted pricing. The discount varies and can range between 25% - 35% savings over regular FedEx pricing. You do not need to do anything to request this discounted shipping. The website automatically calculates this discount on FedEx Ground and Home Delivery shipments.
We ship internationally only to Canada and US territories via FedEx or USPS. Please be aware that if there are any duty fees or taxes upon delivery of the shipment, the customer is responsible for these charges.
Here is what you can expect to pay for "clearance entry fees" based on the value of the items on your order:
|Customs Value (CAD$)||FedEx Ground CEF List Rates|
|$20.01 - $40||$7|
|$40.01 - $60||$15.45|
|$60.01 - $100||$19.30|
|$100.01 - $150||$25.50|
|$150.01 - $200||$29.00|
|$200.01 - $500||$45.35|
|$500.01 - $1,000||$50.75|
|$1,000.01 - $1,600||$60.10|
|$1,600.01 - $2,500||$70.00|
|>$2,500.01||$6.03 for each additional $1,000|

Time in Transit - Guidelines
When trying to determine how long it will take for you to receive your shipment and which shipping method to choose, make sure to take the following into account:
- The number of business days we will take to pack and ship your order. Most orders ship the same day. If an order is placed by 3pm CST (either on our website or phone-in orders) we will make EVERY effort to ship that same day. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday so those orders will be processed in the order in which they are received on Monday.
- The number of business days FedEx or USPS will take to deliver to your area of the country. (See above maps)
FedEx Ground packages will be delivered Monday - Friday, and FedEx Home Delivery packages will be delivered Monday - Saturday and is available to residential addresses only. FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2 Day packages will be delivered Monday - Friday only.
It is important to note that even when you select express shipping methods such as FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2 Day this simply reduces the amount of time FedEx takes to deliver the package to you. The time it takes us to process your shipment does not change.
It is also important to note that the day of shipment does not count as a day in transit because packages are not picked up by FedEx from our dock until 5:00 pm the day that your order ships, so that day cannot be used as a day in transit. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days.
Examples of Determining Delivery Time
Jane Doe lives in Indianapolis, IN. She places her order on Monday at noon CST and requests FedEx Ground shipping. We then pack and ship her order on Monday because our homepage says orders placed by 3 PM CST are shipped the same day. According to the map, FedEx takes 2 days to get to her. Since Monday does NOT count as a day in transit, the 2 days FedEx will have the package are Tuesday and Wednesday. Therefore, she should expect delivery on Wednesday.
John Doe lives in Austin, TX. He places his order on Friday at 3:30 pm CST and requests FedEx Ground shipping. We then pack and ship his order on Monday because his order was placed after our 3 pm CST deadline. Saturday and Sunday are not business days, so they are not counted in our processing time. According to the map, FedEx takes 1 day to get to him. Since Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as days in transit since they are not business days, and neither does Monday since that is the day we pack it, the 1 day FedEx will have the package is Tuesday. Therefore, he should expect delivery on Tuesday.
Jack Doe lives in Seattle, WA. He places his order on Friday at 2:30 pm CST and requests FedEx Standard Overnight shipping. We then pack and ship his order on Friday. No need to refer to the map for transit time. FedEx takes 1 day to deliver FedEx Standard Overnight shipments. Since Friday does NOT count as a day in transit, and neither do Saturday or Sunday since they are not business days, the 1 day FedEx will have the package is Monday. Therefore, he should expect delivery on Monday.
Jill Doe lives in Twin Falls, ID. She places her order on Wednesday at noon CST and desperately needs her items to arrive at her home by Saturday. According to the map, FedEx takes 3 days to get to her, so she chooses FedEx Home Delivery service. Because her order was placed before 3 pm CST, we pack and ship her order Wednesday. Since Wednesday does not count as a day in transit, the 3 days FedEx will have the package are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Therefore, she should expect delivery on Saturday.
